Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns easy.

1. Returns Policy

You can return/exchange items within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Products must be returned in original packaging with tags intact, unworn, and unwashed.

2. Excluded items

Custom size stitched suits, made-to-order collections, and final sale clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless received with manufacturing defects.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated post quality inspections at our warehouse. Prepaid payments are refunded to source account in 5-7 bank days. COD payouts are sent as store credits or UPI transfer.
